Yoga

I started yoga over 5 years ago as a way to help me.  I loved it so much I've gone and taken the Yoga Teacher Training with Life Core Yoga and I'm now a 200 hour certified yoga teacher.  YEAH!

I'm enjoying subbing classes regularly and maintaining my own practice.

I've been doing a lot of Yoga Subbing!

In the fall I lead a 5K Club where we worked out for 7 weeks and then ran a 5K race together.  We all beat our initial goals - great job everyone!

From November 2019-April 2020, I taught the Thursday evening classes for www.bodymindcircle.com.

My Classes have now moved on-line.  Reach out for pricing if you want access to my classes.  I have 15 min classes and longer.  I have seated chair classes and my yoga flow class.

“For me my journey of yoga has taken me from broken to strength.  From inflexible to flexible.  From being in pain, to pain free.”

I broke my kneecap in half when I was 20 and over the years have sustained many other injuries that have made my life challenging and painful.  Since 2015, I have taken almost 700 yoga classes, mostly from Life Core Yoga.  I have taken all different types of yoga classes from the hardest, hottest yoga (Bikram in Brazil) to the most slow and relaxed styles offered. I've been curious and taken many special workshops to extend my knowledge.  I have enjoyed them all and wanted more.

To continue my journey, I graduated from a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Program through Life Core Yoga in May 2019.  This really gave me the opportunity to dig deeper into myself and my yoga practice.  Now that I have graduated - I feel qualified to share the great gifts that yoga has given to me with others.

I have a passion to share yoga with people of all abilities.  I’m have been excited to offer a Seated Chair Yoga Class and a Body Flow Yoga class.  Both Classes have options for yogis of all levels to grow in strength and movement.  Focusing on what you CAN do, not worrying about what anyone else is doing, will help you DO more.  Each day is a new day and an opportunity to grow - come join me and see what you CAN DO!
